I know what it’s like to feel stuck in survival mode, to be ruled by emotions that don’t make sense until you understand the roots.

I offer therapy that’s honest, warm, and body-based—built for people who’ve already survived the impossible and want something more than just talk.

I welcome clients of all cultures, genders, sexual orientations, abilities and relationship styles and strive to offer a safe space for 2SLGBTQIA, BIPOC folks.

I'm Cassidy (she/her). And every part of you is welcome here.

What it's like to work with me

Clients often say I’m the opposite of a blank slate. I’ll be present, engaged, and honest—with warmth and humour too. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be real, messy, curious, and hopeful.

Human, not clinical
Real conversations, real connection

Honest, not sugarcoated
Direct but compassionate

Flexible, not one-size-fits-all
Tailored to your unique story

Grounded in feedback
Plus laughter and real change

What our work together can look like

You might land here if...

→ You’re a survivor of abuse, assault, or spiritual harm

→ You’re trying to break patterns in your relationships

→ You feel like your emotions take over

→You’re exploring a late diagnosis of BPD, ADHD, or autism

→ You’ve tried talk therapy before and it didn’t quite land

→ You want someone who won’t judge how you’ve survived

Some of the concerns I often support clients with include:
  • Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)

  • Complex PTSD and childhood trauma

  • Religious trauma and deconstructing purity culture

  • Autism and ADHD

  • Spiritual exploration

  • Family pattern recognition and healing

  • Domestic violence (past or present)

  • Premarital counselling

  • Relationship support where trauma or neurodiversity plays a role

I provide therapy that honours survival—and helps you feel safe in your body again.

Yoga teacher training (200hr)

I completed this training in Rishikesh, India, certified by the International Yoga Alliance. It quietly informs the way I work—giving me a grounding in how breath, stillness, and movement can support healing. When it feels helpful, I gently weave in simple practices to help you feel more at ease and more connected to your body.
