Whether you’re exploring a diagnosis or simply starting to connect the dots, you might be feeling burned out, misunderstood, or overwhelmed.

I work from a neurodiversity-affirming perspective and bring my own lived experience as a neurodivergent therapist. We’ll find new ways to understand your needs, reduce shame, and build systems that work for your life.

Support for BPD and emotional intensity

You’re unpacking a history of spiritual harm. Maybe it’s from purity culture, authoritarian religion, or a community that made you feel small.

We’ll make space for your grief, anger, confusion, and even your longing. Ultimately, we'll discover what you want to let go of—and what (if anything) you want to reclaim on your own terms.

Sessions are available on a weekly, or bi-weekly basis. Payment is accepted via e-transfer.

Gentle reminder: I also offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for folks with financial barriers. If that’s something you need, we can talk about it during your consult call—no explanation required.
